This fresh pasta restaurant opened in August 2024.

The interior still somewhat retains the atmosphere of the store, which was originally a barbershop with an American vintage image. A dark brown wooden counter leaves a lasting impression. Combined with friendly and gentle service, the atmosphere is stylish but very relaxing.

You can enjoy a different lineup of tomato, oil, and cream pasta dishes from time to time, including the classic “Dashi Tomato,” which is a combination of Japanese and Italian flavors, and “Corned Beef + Edamame + Cheese,” which has a somewhat junky flavor that would also go well with beer. The appeal of this fresh pasta is its sticky texture and satisfying eating experience.

The large screen shows soccer, basketball, and other sports of the day. The restaurant transforms into a sports bar at night, a rarity in the Aomori city area.

The manager, Mr. Kato, is a former prefectural government employee. After training at a well-known restaurant in Tokyo, he returned to his hometown. He worked at a café before opening his own pop-up store in various locations before opening in his current location.

This restaurant is highly recommended for fresh pasta or a light drink.
