Adesso” means ‘now’ in Italian. Delicate and elegant dishes are served on simple white plates, making the most of the flavors of the ingredients. The pasta menu is especially abundant. Fresh prefectural ingredients are also actively incorporated, such as pasta with sea urchin in cream sauce and roasted Nambu lamb. The course is affordable, still the cuisine is so modern and sophisticated that it is hard to find even in central Tokyo. The course menus, from appetizers to main courses and desserts, are served family-style with warm and friendly service. Private rooms are also available for special dinner parties.
