This sushi restaurant opened in May 2023.

As the name “Ichirin” suggests, a dignified air, like a single flower in a vase, covers the entire restaurant with its impressive white wooden counter.

The owner, Mr. Sakamoto, has been in this business for 18 years. He purchases his products at the central wholesale market every morning. He blends three types of rice according to the season and condition and uses red vinegar. Their course starts with enjoying sake with one dish (3 appetizers, 3 dishes, and 1 sashimi) using traditional Japanese cooking techniques, and you will be served 8 pieces of nigiri. Sake is mainly Aomori’s locally brewed sake, but there is also a selection of wines.
