Located on the west side of the Shimokita Peninsula, the northernmost point of Honshu, Saimura is surrounded by the sea, with the mountains of Hokkaido stretching out before it across the Tsugaru Straits. The third floor has an observation deck with a panoramic view of the Tsugaru Straits and Hokkaido. At the food corner, “Chokotto” on the first floor facing the outside, you must try “Unigiri,” a sea urchin rice ball wrapped in Saimura’s rock seaweed, and grilled tuna skewers. As the name suggests, you can enjoy a “little bit” of exquisite seafood at a reasonable price.
