Under the motto “the way you brew it, for the taste you enjoy,” Cafe des Gitane offers carefully hand-picked coffee beans that are roasted twice, ensuring a deep flavor without any cloying taste. These high-quality coffee beans are also available for purchase, with their enticing aromas, depicted on the blackboard, adding to the overall experience.
The cafe also promotes Aomori’s coffee culture by holding coffee classes.
It is also nice that the second floor of the café regularly hosts exhibitions and sales of works by unique artists, such as ceramics and accessories.
